Questions about pricing.
Why isn't it priced by image?
Because the number of files isn’t what determines cost or value. A serum in frosted glass takes far longer to light than a cardboard carton, and one hero image that converts is worth more than thirty that don’t. Pricing by project keeps the focus on what the imagery has to achieve.
What does the 12-month licence cover?
Use of the images across your website, product listings, social media and email marketing, anywhere in the UK, for twelve months from delivery. Print, paid advertising, retail point-of-sale and worldwide use sit under an extended licence at +40%.
What happens after twelve months?
You renew, at a fraction of the original project cost. Nothing is deleted and nothing stops working overnight — renewal is agreed in advance so there’s no interruption to listings already live.
Do I need to send my products to you?
Most brands post products to the studio in Northamptonshire with a tracked, insured courier. Collection from your address and return delivery can be arranged UK-wide, and everything is returned tracked after the shoot.
How quickly will I get the images?
Standard delivery is 7–10 working days from the shoot. A rush 72-hour turnaround is available at +50% if you’re working to a launch date.
What if my project doesn't fit any of these?
Tell me what you’re working on. Large ranges, mixed product types and unusual formats are scoped individually, using the same day rates as the packages above so the pricing stays comparable.
Do you work with brands outside Northamptonshire?
Yes — most clients are elsewhere in the UK and work entirely by courier and video call. On-site work, including headshots and lifestyle shoots, is quoted with travel included.
Something bigger, or something odd?
Large ranges, mixed product types, tight launch deadlines, or something these four don’t cover. Tell me what you’re working on and I’ll scope it properly.
