How do I get my products to the studio?
A collection and return delivery can be arranged through one of the UK’s major courier services, with collection from your place of business. Alternatively, you’re welcome to use your preferred courier.
All products are handled with care throughout the entire photography process.
How long does a shoot take?
Most package shoots are completed within one studio day. Larger catalogue projects are scoped during planning so you know the timeline before anything is booked.
Can I be involved during the shoot?
Yes — creative direction is agreed before photography begins, and you can review key shots remotely during the shoot if you’d like to approve the direction live.
How quickly will I receive my images?
Standard delivery is 7–10 working days from the shoot. A priority turnaround is available if you’re working to a launch date.
Can you match photography from previous shoots?
Yes. Every project’s styling and visual standards are documented, so new products can be photographed to match your existing imagery exactly.
Do you photograph one-off products?
Yes — the Launch Package is designed for exactly that, and single-product projects still receive the same planning and visual consistency.
